Landowners
Let’s talk
If we have contacted you, it is because our initial research suggests there may be development potential worth exploring. If you have found us independently and would like to understand the potential of your property, we would be pleased to hear from you. An initial conversation is informal, confidential and without obligation.

Why we wrote
A letter is a question, not a proposal.
We research land and property across Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding Home Counties using publicly available information, planning policy and allocations, mapping, site context, settlement patterns and property records. Where that research suggests a site may have potential, we write to the owner.
Our role is to understand what matters to you, inform you of how we might work together and establish whether your land could have development pote ntial. We are a developer, not an agent, an introducer or a lead-generation service. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for third-party marketing. We want to help answer any questions you may have in confidence and without obligation.
We also welcome conversations about underused offices, retail premises and redevelopment land, particularly in towns with good transport connections and access to local services.
How it works
Six stages, at your pace.
While some landowners may simply want to understand the potential of their property, others choose to progress through all six stages.
- 01
Conversation
An informal initial discussion to understand you, the property and your circumstances. No obligation.
- 02
Understand
An initial appraisal considering planning, access, context, landscape, trees, ecology, infrastructure, market and viability.
- 03
Explore
If genuine potential appears to exist, we consider the most appropriate development and commercial route.
- 04
Agree
If both parties wish to proceed, clear commercial terms are set out and an appropriate legal structure established.
- 05
Plan
We bring together the relevant professional team and coordinate the work required to pursue a planning strategy.
- 06
Deliver
Depending on the agreement, this may lead to acquisition, development, a joint venture or another agreed commercial outcome.
